At Naicei, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept product returns within 60 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be new, unused, and in its original condition

  • It must be in its original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Returns are also accepted for product quality issues.

We will provide you with the correct return address.
Do not return your order to the sender address without prior approval — such returns will not be accepted or refunded.


Important Notes

  1. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return

  2. If the return is due to a change of mind or customer reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost

  3. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost

  4. We do not charge any restocking fees


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1–8 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card provider—it may take some time before the refund appears

  3. Contact your bank—processing times can vary
